We offer a 7-day Return or Exchange Policy from the date your order is delivered.

🔁 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• You receive a wrong product.
• You receive a damaged product.

Please note that products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

📸 Return Requirements

To process your request, you must provide a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package. The video should clearly show:

• The sealed outer packaging
• The complete unboxing process
• The condition of the product upon opening

Note: Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

🔄 Available Resolution Options

1. Store Credit

✔ Receive store credit equal to the value of the approved returned product.

✔ Use the credit for any future purchase on the Blunetra website.

2. Exchange

✔ Exchange your product for another item available on our website.

✔ If the replacement product costs more, you'll only need to pay the price difference.

✔ If the replacement product costs less, the remaining balance will be refunded or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.

ℹ️ What Does Store Credit Mean?

Store Credit is a digital balance added to your customer account after your return is approved. It can be redeemed for future purchases on the Blunetra website.

ℹ️ What Does Exchange Mean?

An Exchange allows you to replace your current product with another product available in our store. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
