BLUNETRA respects your privacy and provides you with the ability to request deletion of personal information associated with your use of our services, including Divine Path by BLUNETRA, WhatsApp-based services, and other BLUNETRA digital services.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting BLUNETRA through either of the following methods:

“Data Deletion Request”

in your email subject line or WhatsApp message.

Please provide the following information so that we can identify and process your request:

• Your full name
• Your mobile/WhatsApp number associated with the service
• The service you used, such as Divine Path by BLUNETRA
• A clear statement that you would like your personal data to be deleted

We may request reasonable additional information where necessary to verify that the deletion request relates to you.

2. What Data May Be Deleted

Depending on your use of our services and the information associated with your interactions, a valid deletion request may include deletion or anonymization of information such as:

• Name and contact information
• Mobile or WhatsApp number associated with the service
• WhatsApp interaction history stored by BLUNETRA
• Messages and responses stored in our systems
• Voice notes or stored voice transcriptions, where applicable
• Language and communication preferences
• Divine Path journey progress
• Personal reflections provided through Divine Path
• Interaction summaries
• Personalization information
• AI memory associated with your Divine Path experience
• Previous topics or preferences retained for conversation continuity
• Other personal information associated with the relevant BLUNETRA service

3. Processing Your Request

After receiving a deletion request, BLUNETRA may contact you to verify your identity or confirm information associated with the request.

Once the request has been reasonably verified, we will process the deletion request in accordance with applicable law.

Some information may be retained where required or permitted for purposes such as:

• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Accounting and transaction records
• Fraud prevention
• Security
• Dispute resolution
• Enforcement of agreements
• Other legitimate operational purposes permitted by applicable law

Information processed independently by third-party service providers may also be subject to their respective retention and deletion policies.

4. Divine Path and AI Personalization Data

Divine Path by BLUNETRA may retain certain information from your previous interactions to provide conversation continuity and personalization.

This may include your preferences, journey progress, previous topics, reflections, interaction summaries, and other information voluntarily provided during your use of the service.

When a valid deletion request is processed, personal information associated with this experience will be deleted or anonymized as applicable, subject to information that BLUNETRA is legally permitted or required to retain.

5. WhatsApp Data

If you communicate with BLUNETRA through WhatsApp, certain information associated with those interactions may be processed by BLUNETRA and technology providers used to deliver the service.

A deletion request submitted to BLUNETRA applies to personal information controlled by BLUNETRA.

Information independently retained or processed by WhatsApp, Meta, or other third-party providers may be governed by their respective privacy and data-retention policies.

6. Subscription and Data Deletion

Requesting deletion of your personal data does not necessarily cancel an active subscription or recurring payment mandate.

If you have an active Divine Path or other BLUNETRA subscription, you should separately cancel the subscription through the cancellation method provided for that service if you wish to prevent future recurring charges.

Similarly, cancelling a subscription does not automatically constitute a request to delete your personal information.
