Welcome to BLUNETRA. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, digital services, WhatsApp-based services, and Divine Path by BLUNETRA.
By accessing our website, purchasing our products, subscribing to our services, or using Divine Path, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Our Services
BLUNETRA provides physical products, digital services, customer support, WhatsApp-based communications, and other related services.
Divine Path by BLUNETRA is a digital experience designed to help users engage with Bhagavad Gita-based teachings through educational content, reflections, practical activities, reminders, and personalized interactions.
2. Divine Path and AI-Generated Content
Divine Path may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to understand user messages and provide personalized explanations, reflections, practical activities, reminders, and other content.
Authentic Bhagavad Gita verses and source material may be presented separately from AI-generated or interpretive content.
AI-generated explanations should not be understood as literal words spoken by Shri Krishna or as original scripture unless explicitly identified as a quotation from an authentic source.
Divine Path is intended for spiritual, educational and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
3. WhatsApp Communications
By providing your WhatsApp number and giving the applicable consent, you authorize BLUNETRA to communicate with you through WhatsApp regarding services you request, including Divine Path experiences, reminders, subscription information, order updates, customer support, and other communications permitted by your consent and applicable law.
You may opt out of optional communications at any time. Certain communications may be necessary to provide a service that you have specifically requested.
4. Subscriptions and Free Trials
Certain BLUNETRA services, including Divine Path, may be offered through a free trial followed by a paid recurring subscription.
Before authorizing a recurring subscription, the applicable subscription price, billing frequency, trial period, and first charge date will be displayed to you.
Where you authorize recurring payments, the applicable subscription fee may be charged automatically according to the payment mandate authorized by you until the subscription is cancelled.
You may cancel an eligible recurring subscription in accordance with the cancellation options made available to you. Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges in accordance with the applicable billing terms, but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already validly charged.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. BLUNETRA does not control the independent systems or policies of such payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to comply with any authorization requirements applicable to your chosen payment method.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse our website, WhatsApp services, automated systems, or other services; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with their operation; or use them for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you voluntarily provide to us.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, BLUNETRA's website design, branding, original text, graphics, digital experiences, software-related materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to BLUNETRA and may not be commercially reproduced or distributed without appropriate permission.
References to or quotations from religious or other source materials remain subject to their respective rights and applicable law.
